Canadian PR for skilled workers.

Dear Sir:

My wife is a Bsc nurse, we have started the process for canadian PR. My wife's certificates were assessed by WES and we got the assessment certificate. My certificates are already sent to WES, i havent paid the fee for assessment so it hasnt been assessed yet. Sir, after assessment of certificates by WES what are the further procedures in obtaining canadian PR. Could you please guide me, where can I find a simple, helpful guideline about it. Could you please guide me.
