If one has Canadian PR Visa then wouldn't it help him to maintain status completely? So employer doesn't have to pay bench salary because everytime after one finish a contract if there is a bench for one or two or three months, he/she can move to Canada to live for those months and come back for new project.
I know that to do so one have to have stamped H1B visa because AVR can be used only till 30 days right?
Any other aspect which I am missing? This sounds feasible right?
