I ve a query regarding canadian passport application.its my first passport.i was out of country for an year during the the last two years. Will it be an issue or i mention a canadian address or out of canada address in the relavnt section?

Just provide a Canadian address for the last 2 years and if you have a friend that is self-employed and has a business, you can use his/her business as a place of employment.
