Canadian Passport - Mail-In Application Timelines

Hi everyone leaving my timeline here and logging out of this forum hopefully for good. I am so grateful for it but after the stress of Citizenship and then passport delays I never want to have to check another immigration forum in my life!

-Application received Jul 18 2022
-Credit card charged Jul 24 2022
-Started calling for updates approximately every two weeks from September 14
-Passport and citizenship certificate received via FedEx (to US) on November 28th!
Important to note that the last time I spoke to them was on the 21st and was told it was still being checked etc(hadn't gone for printing) the issue date was November 23rd. Which meant from approval to receipt was extremely fast.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am going to apply for passport from US. Which courier service you used for sending your application? I had a very bad experience of NOT reaching my citizenship application in the correct destination when I send it from US and I waited for nearly 5 months expecting AOR. I don't want that to happen for my passport application.

no prepaid envelope need to send and now save time visite passport office apply standard application is easy better than mail in.

Picked up at passport location Nov 30 (pick up passport was so easy like in 10mins)
No certificate received yet

Hey! Your passport should arrive soon. You can call them at 1-800-567-6868 to check status. If they have already mailed it out, they will be able to give you a tracking number. Seems that September regular speed passport applicants are taking around 2 months and change to get their passports. I applied in person on September 26 and received mine last Tuesday.

No. I called up passport Canada on 20th Dec and I was told that application is still not approved.

Hello, anyone mailed application from the U.S recently? How many days after CC charged can we expect the certificate to be mailed back? Once that is done, can we expect the passport to be approved in a few days?
