This is the response I have gotten

If you sent your passport application via courier or registered mail, we recommend that you communicate with the courier service provider in order to confirm that your passport application was delivered at the Passport Program.
Due to the pandemic, there may be some delays in the processing times of passports.
For information concerning your passport application, please call 1-800-567-6868. We trust this information is of assistance to you."
My application was received on Feb 08,2022
