Canadian Passport in person timeline

From printing location to reach the pick up location give 4-5 days and then try picking up. If it's available they do give it.

Thanks @forw.jane , its not urgent i need it as i am not travelling. I was wondering if its available to pickup, i thought they print at the same location where we went at passport service canada

When i check the status of my passport online it shows as below

We've reviewed your application and can't process it further
We're sending you a letter explaining why and will return your supporting documents at the same time.

Has any one got this message before ?

I had called the passport office to expedite my passport for express pick up. Is it because of this ?

I was attending my oath ceremony today and right after my oath they played prime minister audio message to all new Canadian citizens. Right after that it cuts out from zoom meeting. So am I done with the ceremony now ? Or it’s just technical error!!

Probably it's a technical issue. I took my oath in May on zoom. Not sure I remember everything, but I remember there's a section after the oath to take selfies with the judge. They also remind you to send the signed form to an email address and let you put the name of the agent that interviewed you before the oath in the email title. You may have missed some portion of the ceremony, but as long as you sign and send the form in time I think you will be fine. The citizenship certificate will come in a week or so (if you choose the paper certificate.)

I applied at the exact same date in Yonge Street Toronto, however my status still says "we've received and processing"

Does anyone knows if 74 Victoria Street, Toronto still issuing old type of canadian passport? Where are still printing old type in Toronto?

I had an oath on Oct 10 and I still haven’t received my e certificate yet !! Is it totally normal ? I called ircc about it and they said you have to talk to your local office for your e certificate ( where I took an oath) . I emailed Calgary office multiple times and still no reply yet !!

I took oath on Oct 12, and received the e-certificate yesterday afternoon. Same Calgary office.

Your e-certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your oath of citizenship”
