For in person, can husband submit the application for both wife and kids or everyone has to stand in line?

I too have same question. Hoping someone can confirm in this forum whoever submitted for whole family.

Passport office NOT SURE. Becuase passport office applications are only urgent basis and for urgent basis adult applicants must as per the Webiste. for kids Yes the parent who signed as applicant can submit.

Service Canada, Yes you can submit for whole Family. For my wife they ask for the ID's, luckily i took them with me, whatever the ID mentioned on the form, good to take it. If need have a paper signed by the spouse saying giving permision to submit the application. Juyst in case if some crazy agent is there. Service Canada 100% sure you can submit for Family.

Service Canada North york would have sent your application to Gatineu. Now it has to be transferred back to North York Passport office (that different floor)

I know probability is low, but trying it before standing in long queue day after tomorrow.

Guys, can we give US return address while submitting the passport application in person?
Also, if we provide a friend's address in Canada, would the passports be left just in their mailbox?

Surely it should not be a problem since US residents apply in Canada to get passport. But i think that it will cost same as applying from US.

Yes its for inlanders it is but seems its only one location for all US residents(and also only this location for all couriers).

I have a question! We are travelling as a family on june 9th, if i walk in for a passport in service canada will i be able to get them( passport) on times??

or wait and do it urgently? I’m willing to pay if that’s what it takes!

Submitted my son’s passport application in person at Richmond Hill SC office on April 7th. Expected mail out date was today. Called the PO today and they said file has not even been opened yet! My travel date is May 27th! Very frustrating and stressful; the agent told me to call in next week and if it’s still not processed to request a transfer to local PO. Any advise to get this moving ?

What are some good methods of providing proof of travel that will be accepted without actually buying the airline tickets and showing an official itinerary?

I have been trying to reach them since last week and only got through today. It’s the 1800-567-6868 number and somehow I got put into a queue of 140 plus people at around 10:15am EST… usually I would just hear an automated message and it would disconnect me without putting me in the queue
