There are no exams to enter Canada. Immigration processes requires many things, but no exam/quiz.
Maybe you are thinking about the "citizenship exam" which is taken to get Canadian citizenship, this is only after many years living in Canada and it is long and complex process.

There is no lottery! Plain and simple. You either qualify to immigrate or you don't.

You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job, you may need ECA for education and IELTS for language.

There are no job offers or employers on this forum. You have to find a job offer yourself. To find a job offer, you need to apply for jobs through web sites such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
