Canadian Immigration while on student Visa

Hello,
I am from Pakistan. I wanted to ask that when we finish our studies that means that our student visa will expire so what do I have to do to get permanent immigration in Canada while I am still on student visa in Canada. I am currently applying for M.S Programs in Canada. Please respond to the query
