Canadian Immigration tried to call us but
Good day to anyone who is reading this :)

My mother works and lives in Canada. She sent our PR application (hers and ours) September last year. We live in the Philippines. She received a mail last April telling her that they tried calling us but no one was answering and they could not contact the other numbers. Me and my family went on a family vacation and our cellphones got stolen. Our home phone is a little iffy because sometimes we can't receive calls or the phone won't ring. My mother sent our new contact numbers last May but we have not yet received any calls or mails. Last week, we change out landline provider so we have a new homephone number but our cellphone numbers are still the same.

Has anyone experienced this? What should I expect to happen? I'm really worried. Should my mother contact someone about this? Thank you so much!

Send a case specific enquiry/general one with your details and also that if they called or not, and what information do they require. Do send the updated numbers.

Dont get worried, they are a really professional bunch.
