Canadian immigration info.: pls help !

Hello everyone,

I am Indian National currently studying in US, also worked there for 2 years. I seek to apply Canadian Immigration, and want some good advise from experienced members. I have Computers background, and worked in Databases. I have Bachelors of Computers from India and pursuing Masters in US; i would like to know -

1) Can IELTS be waived as i am already in English speaking country (US) for more than 4 years?
2) Where are the official FRENCH exam test centers in US, like that of IELTS?
3) Do I also need to submit my Income Tax returns of US when applying for Canadian immigration?
4) Also, do i need to obtain Police clearance certificate from India alongwith the US?

I will appreciate your advise and suggestions.

I can give answer of your question 1 and 4

1- You need IELTS even english your native language is IELTS, its better to submit IELTS, not not matter ofliving some years in english country.

2- You need to submit police certificate from every country where you live more then 6 months since your 18th birthday.
