I just applied for Immigration to Canada, i am by qualification a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering, but i have about 7 years experience working as Occupational Safety and Health Professional, i dont have Masters degree, i have completed NEBOSH IGC Certification and Now Starting ASP / CSP Certification Process from BCSP America, but my Point score for immigration pool is quite low, any ideas how i can improve my score, i am planning on resitting IELTS Exam Soon, but can i get NEBOSH or ASP / CSP Qualifications assessed by IQAS For Qualification assessment and scoring for immigration purposes.

Go ahead and write the IELTS again, ensure you score 8, 777 in Listening, reading, writing and speaking respectively to get the maximum score there. NEBOSH and ASP / CSP Qualifications are not educational qualifications but professional, ECA is meant for educational qualifications. However, you may go ahead to try and access them to satisfy your curiosity. Who knows, you might be surprised with the evaluation you receive.

My husband is also an inspector for occupational health anf saftey. He has Nebosh. Which program or state Is good for him to apply in.
Also under the pnp program can he apply to different states at the same time?

I Think the Program would still be Under Skilled Workers Scheme but you can try to search about Provincial Nomination as well , because i Am also looking into it, Province of Saskatchewan Provided APEGS Registration, they have a Occupational List for Engineers and Other Professions for immigration Purposes if your husband can get himself Verified and Registered From Them then i think there might be a way.....
