Hi guys im new here and would like to see if anyone can help me with a question i have.I am going to send my application off the start of next month but i am unsure if i should mention my unborn baby and canadian girlfriend on my application. We have only lived together for 5 months and i am unsure if mentioning it might just complicate my case.
Thanks in advance guys any input would be greatly appreciated :D

As far as I know, you should not. For declaring her, you need to be together for past one year and should also have supporting docs like joint accounts, addresses etc

Thanks Godzilla

Does anyone know if i should mention the baby after he is born.He is due in july :D and my application will already have been sent.

Thanks again guys

You will perhaps get clear and reliable advice if you can provide a more detailed information. Is your Canadian girlfriend the expectant mother or someone else?

You do not need to mention unborn babies... But you will have to update CIC as soon as the baby is born or you consider your relationship a common-law (1 year living together). By the information you provided looks like you will be able to do both at about same timeline :)

Agree with Cos.. 5 months + 3 months to come (if due in July) = 8 months.. Shouldn't it be 10 months? :-S
