I have submitted my express entry profile already. I have a friend in canada and he is a canadian. I wonder whether he can help me to increase my score in anyway legally ?
If yes... pls advice

No, unless he can hire you legally and offer an LMIA, which will add 600 to your score (hence making an ITA a guaranteed thing).

Unless he knows some local employers who would be willing to go through the LMIA process for you and try to hire you on that basis, just having a Canadian friend in itself does not help your EE profile.

But networking goes a long way so if he can introduce you to employers and if that gives you a shot at LMIA, that would get you a guaranteed ITA, assuming they can get the LMIA.

Based on that score, you might want to have a look at different PnP programs and see which ones you might qualify for.
