Canadian Express Class - Reference letter

Hi, I have Canadian Experience and make a profile for CEC. I worked at my previous employer from August 2020 to October 2022. For the date signed by the manager for the reference letter, will it matter if it will be dated later than the end date I work there or it must be the last day of work at that employer?

* My second question is, does it need that the job title and TEER code be NOC 2022 or is the employment certificate that is NOC 2016 still valid based on the last month and year of work for that employee before the implementation of the NOC 2022 on November 16, 2022? Thanks.

Dates on letter need to be in-line with what you are claiming in your EE profile. For example if you claim 2 years letter should cover 24 months.

My advice would be to ensure letter states new TEER code based on NOC 2022 now that it is implemented. Others might advise differently. For a PR application I would not leave anything to chance by using older NOC codes or even outdated application forms.
