Hello,

I have a small question,I have completed my 1 year of experience in Canada(14 Dec 2018- 14 Dec 2019) open work permit.
My Concern:
I went to Vacation on Dec 1st to Dec 10th and I got lay off from my company on Dec 15th.
so Last week i didn't complete my 30 hrs but till Dec 15th i was in payroll.

So can i apply for Canadian Experience class. Please advice.

Yes, I got paid for that vacation but i claim the vacation money before a week of my vacation. Will that be fine. 22 hrs shortage of the last week(But i got Vacation pay for that- a week before). Everything I have it in my Payroll

Of course not, those are your benefits, you are entitled to vacations.
This will not have an impact.
