Canadian experience plus international experience

I have 1.5 years in Canadian work experience NOC A, and I HAVE 10 months of international work experience as well (same NOC A).

Can I get the point of 1 year canadian experience plus a ( 6 month + 10 month) to be 1 year of international experience?

Will CRS score will count it like that?
