Canadian Experience Criteria being met but still not eligible???

Hi all

I meet all the Canadian Experience Criteria as detailed below to enter the pool but I'm given an inegible status.

- More than one year Canadian skilled work experience (Jan 14 - current) with NOC 0213 (valid work permit)

- IELTS: 8.5

Did anyone in the forum face the same issue?

I appreciate any help!!

Self-employed or studying?
 
I am in a Temporary Foreign Worker Work Permit. They do not give any reasons, they just listed the criteria in a message without any details.

:D I meant, did you say you were self-employed or studying while in Canada?

[Please help how can I edit the after transmitting the application?I applied 2 times in EE but both time its showing Prifile is ineligible?I have 74 points in FSWP 2014.I dont where I am doing wrong?I have ECA from WES but It never askedme to enter reference no from WES.I have 1 year experience as computer network technician noc 2281and 1 year canadian experience as wireless repair technician NOC B 7246

please help its really urgent

they will ask you if you have a canadian degree for you education outside canada. put NO.
then it will ask you for the ECA reference number

Send a case specific enquiry to CIC, there were CIC experts answering in few days. I got the response in 2 days.
