canadian EXPERIENCE confusion

i had study permit untill nov 2017 and i have applied work permit on 30 june 2017 and got my work permit on 21 sept 2017 but i am working under noc 6211(category B) from 1 sept 2017
if i work untill 31aug 2019
will that consider 2years experience or i have to wait untill 21sep 2019 for two years
stuck at 445
two years will jump to 458

but i am confused as i heard that experience starts from the date you applied the work permit
