Hi All,
Need your advise on my below query.

I am applying family PR, eligible under Canidian experience class, when we apply under this , is there any requirement that my spouse also complete one year in Canada ? Currently she competed 8 months in Canada.

And during the process after getting ITA, my spouse has a plan to VISIT home country for a short vacation ( 2 months), will this cause any problems ?

Looking forward to your help, thanks.

1 - No such requirement for the dependent.
2 - No issue with her vacation.

Also note, there is no element of "spouse sponsorship" in an economic immigration class application. Your spouse is a "dependant".

Edit: I'm referring to the thread title, as clarified by @jes_ON

Thank you, do you mean there are no issues with above 2 points i mentioned for Canadian experience class ?
1. One year staying in canada together requirement
2. After ITA or while submitting my express entry application (before ITA) if ,my partner travels to home country for a vacation, do we need PCC again please?

zardoz was referring to the title of your thread,
Canadian experience class spouse sponsorship

If your spouse is part of your application, it is not sponsorship, so zardoz was just trying to inform you of that (spousal sponsorship is a different program).

DelPiero's answers to your previous questions were of course correct, but you asked different questions before. You have asked two different questions this time, so I will answer those (you may not realize how different they are!).

1. One year staying in canada together requirement - NO SUCH REQUIREMENT

2. After ITA or while submitting my express entry application (before ITA) if ,my partner travels to home country for a vacation, do we need PCC again please?[

The instructions for PCCs were updated again today... hard to keep track. But according to current advice, she would NOT need a new PCC, and if IRCC decides they want a new one, they will ask.
