Canadian experience class, payment option

My question is do they (CIC) accept payment through VISA Debit card info??? I did submit my application and filled payment info using VISA debit card.

Logically Its precisely says Credit Card Payment form , though Technically "Visa Debit Card can act as a credit card, the funds will be automatically drawn from your checking account"

I believe you will be good .

For some of my applications for work permit and travel visa, where i applied online and tried making payment through my VISA debit card, it did not work.. so i had to use my credit card.. i guess better find out through someone who has had first hand experience of paying through a debit card

VISA Debit will not be accepted as a payment method. Trying to use that will just prevent CIC from charging you the fees.

You need to send Credit Card details with new payment form.
Problem would arise now is How they will locate your package for the updated form , that would be hectic thing to do for them .

At this point, wait to see what happens. Also prepare another application package in case the application is returned.
