Hi,
I am really in a vague situation. Lat summer I created express entry account and entered the pool. Later I applied for CSQ (Quebec), because my score was low for express entry. Recently, calculation method is changed and now I received the letter bellow:
Based on the information you provided us in your Express Entry profile, we are pleased to invite you to apply for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class. I have actually been working in Quebec. I am expecting to get the CSQ this month. What should I do?
- should I apply for the second step of Quebec immigation?
or
- should go with Canadian Experience Class?

Thanks

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
CIC will know you have applied for Quebec's immigration program. That shows you have 'intent to live in Quebec' and so your CEC application will most likely be refused.

Yes, agree. CSQ is valid for 3 years. Should I try Canadian Experience Class? Is it only the mater of mony or it can be difficult to apply for Quebec immigration after refusal from EE?
