I am right now on my Post Graduation Work permit. I would like to apply for Permanent Residence.
I am confused with the Express Entry System.
My CRS score is 440 points.
As well as I am getting more than 74 points in Federal skilled Worker grid.

So my question,
Should i apply with the CRS points ( Canadian Experience Class) or Grid point( FSW ) ? Is that make any difference which stream i am applying?

If i will create my profile in Express Entry pool than will i have to select specific CEC or FSW stream?

Online it is says processing time for FSW is 6 months but how it will work after creating profile?

Any leads or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

You do not have to worry about the program. Submit your express entry profile with the information it asks you. The system will decide which program you are eligible for. If you are eligible for both, you will likely to get it under CEC. The invitation will mention it.

I think you mean in my signature. Yes, I applied under FSW because I got ITA under FSW. I applied as inland candidate, and got CoPR. Waiting to do a formal landing the activate my PR status.

Yes i mean your signature. How much time it took for whole procedure means from the day you submitted your profile to get you Invitation (ITA)? Second question if you do not mind can you please tell me you CRS score as well as Grid score? I just want to confirm that i am on safe side or not?

Thank you for your all answers.

80% cases of Express entry are handled within 4 months by the 2018 report of IRCC.

Your score is too low for the cut-off line if it is really 440.
You may never receive an ITA if your score is really 440.

Getting WES done took 3 months approx from the time I applied for transcripts. I have given celpip in parallel. I submitted my express entry profile and got invite next day itself as it was draw day. Took 1.5 months to gather documents. It took little over 8 months after I submitted application. If you click on my signature, you will see details. My crs score was 474 where as my FSW points were 81.
