canadian experience class(IMMM 0008-SCHEDULE 8)

Hey,
I have a doubt in filling the ques.5 of IMMM 0008 form
In occupation column, Do I need to put my current job tittle or title mention in NOC code
For more details like my job title product test technician and it comes under the noc code 2242.In NOc code lists titlle is Repairer,Electronic equipment ..So please let me know do i have to put product test technician or repairer,electronic equipment.

I have one more question. I am single so I don't need to fill the statutory declaration of common-law union farm. Or I need to attach the empty form and write it down "not applicable" on the form in my canadian experience class
