Canadian Experience class and AINP

I studied a two year program in Ontario and currently working in Alberta. I work under skilled category and in regular full time position for Alberta Health Services. Can any one please tell me if we can apply for Employer driven stream AINP through Alberta Health Services.

Also I wanted to know if any international students are getting selected through Experience class stream if we have one year experience in Canada.

Also there are thousands of international students getting selected through CEC every year. You have to finish your studies, work for a full year in a related occupation to your field (preferably) and you become eligible.

You can, however employer driven stream AINP will take 17-18 months of processing, and it is worthless, it can not add 600 CRS to express entry. The federal PR processing time after AINP is 15 months.

That's possible, as far you meet all CEC requirements

However the big issue nowadays is to get enough score on your EE profile to get ITA.

I am getting around 425 to 440 points
are there any other ways to increase score apart from LMIA or nominee program

Yeap, try to get your IELTS score up.
