Canadian equivalent trade certificate

So I have my Australian certificate stating that I have complete my apprenticeship. I have found out that no one can asses Trade credentials. But I hold a Valid Canadian certificate For the same trade (310s in Ontario)
Now my question is when I fill out the express entry form and put down my education and it asks "was Jonathan Mortimer Page awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?"
Can I answer yes as I do hold the equivalent?

You don't have a Canadian degree. You have an equivalent.

But it is issued by Ontario ? I just did the original schooling in australia. Then Came here and they gave me the Ontario Equivalent as if I would of done the apprenticeship here
