Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (two years) from a non-recognized institution

Does this ECA hold any value? I put these details on my EE profile and CIC awarded me points. I don't' have ITA yet. I have two ECA and I got ECA for this degree done so that I can get points for two or more degrees. Details of my second ECA -

WES issues the report to confirm if the school is recognized or not and what the equivalent education is in Canada - that's the service you've paid for.

As for the link - it's three years old and the lawyer is just looking to get business.

Thank you, initially when I contacted Wes, they told me if institute isn't recognized, they'll let me know once they have accepted the documents and then issue a refund. Not sure why they issued a report then

nope, so they asked me to send in the documents and said if they did not recognize then they will issue a refund.

Even I read many reviews about the same. They give only 3 of years hospital studies in the report evaluation which is not valid you can say it's not acceptable by CIC.
