Canadian embassy DO NOT require IELTS/TOEFL for study permit.

I emailed canadian high commission pakistan and asked do i need to attach Evidence of English Proficiency as it is not mentioned under the requirements for study permit. Is TOEFL/Ielts an embassy requirement ?

IELTS or TOFEL is requirement of university or college.

It's a good sign to submit if you have it but if you get admission with it, no need to submit it.
