Canadian embassy calling for PR solicitation

Just received a call from private no. Telling me that they are calling for Canadian embassy and said Canadian embassy wants to give me PR BUT i Will have to pay 2000CDN Dollars as my fee Canadian embassy. Don't know what to do I think it was a fraud call . Anyone received similar calls

This is definitely a fraud. IRCC would never ask for a fee payment via phone call. Moreover RPRF is not 2000 CAD, it is 490 CAD per person.
You can try to call the official IRCC number to report this incident. Or just ignore the call.

IT'S DEFINITELY A FRAUD. IRCC never asks payments via phone or call you about anything BTW.

They probably got your number from one of your previous posts on the "NOVA SCOTIA Provincial Nominee Program 2016 pool" and "Whatsapp Group- 2016 Intending Provincial Nominee Applicants" threads. Be careful how and what personal information you share in an anonymous public website; seeing hundreds of people doing something doesn't mean it is the right thing to do.
