Hello
I work in NOC 32104 which comes under OINP. But my score is around 442. I am trying to work on my IELTS as the upper cutoff was 425 but no luck yet. Can I not claim points for my Canadian education? Would I still be eligible? Will they question how I got PGWP?
Please help me. The Human Capital draw might come any time soon.

So what education are you claiming? Does your NOC come under OINP-HC…what draw?

Yes, my NOC falls under OINP-HC. The last draw was 379-430 and my score is 442. By not claiming points for my Canadian education my score will come down to 427. For OINP-HC the educational requirement is a bachelor's or higher, I have a law degree from back home which is equivalent to a professional degree. So I can only think of not claiming points for Canadian education which was a 2 year course. But I am not sure if will there be any questions about my work permit like how I got it.
