I called CIC on Friday - took 3 hours to get through. They told me that I passed the exam and will not have to see a judge. My file has been moved to Mississauga and they have no idea how long I will have to wait to have my oath ceremony. There is now a great deal of chaos at the remaining CIC offices due to the closure of the other offices. They also do not know if there will continue to be ceremonies held in Sudbury. How unorganized is that? No one knows anything!

I wrote the test in May. By reading your posts I will probably take the oath to King Charles or Williams.

That was a good one, cfila. ;) We're on the same boat. I also wrote my test in May.
I will really celebrate with saro1020, Kino, Jarrodz and the others who wrote their tests earlier than May once they get their notice for the oath-taking ceremonies. Because that would mean I'm next in queue. :)

hi saro1020,

I called the CIC and yesterday no update, Mississauga is the slowest office in ontario but they're taking 30-60 new citizen each oath...i don't get it.
???

I called them this morning and she said there was nothing on the system yet (test in May) and I should not call again unless I don't hear anything within 6 MONTHS from the test.

I called last week to cic they said there was nothing in the system u have to wait 6 month ( test march 29)

Jaroddz

Any luck for you?
Minis reported she/he got the oath letter for July 17th! She wrote the test on the same day like us.
