Hello,
My kids were born in the US and are currently holding US passports. They are both minors (less than 10 years old) and currently hold US passports. They are also Canadian permanent residents and have been living here for more than 3 years. My wife and I are Indian citizens, and we plan on applying for Canadian citizenship.
I was wondering if there is any challenge in applying Canadian citizenship for the kids. I would like them to be dual citizens. I am trying to ensure that getting Canadian citizenship and passports will not impact their current US citizenship status. Any thoughts/comments would be helpful!
