Canadian citizenship August 17, 2012 - Scarborough Office

Hi Guys,

Anyone submitted Citizenship application On August 2012.

Mine is as follows:

1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 17, 2012.


2.We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 17, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


3.We started processing your application on February 14, 2013.

I phoned CIC and was informed that my cases had been sent to Scarborough Office this month, do anyone know what is the estimated time remaining to receive the Canadian citizenship?

I applied August 2012 n did the test on oct.7th.,,,, u should get the test date very soon . Good luck

Finally I had the citizenship exam on Dec. 3rd, waiting now for the next step

Anyone had thier exam on the same date?

I am actually confused as you have stated before that your test was scheduled on Dec, 4 at the Mississauga office !

Hey guys,

my test is scheduled on December 4th 2013 in Mississauga, but i was wondering if as per the current trends i would also get my citizenship oath notice in 7 to 10 days after i finish the test provided if i pass the test......but i don't see if there are any citizenship ceremonies scheduled for Mississauga or Scarborough office in December 2013 as per cic website

i applied my citizenship in September 2012 and recently got notice for test.

So why did you mention that your test was scheduled on Dec, 4 at the Mississauga office in the following link !

It is wired that I don't even see any citizenship ceremonies being held at all in the Scarborough office on that day !

It was updated today to show ceremonies dates on the 8th and the 10th but nothing at all on the 9th !
