I mistakenly did not include my name (as the parent and principal applicant) when signing my child’s citizenship application online. We applied as a group/family, and the application was returned. I have now added my signature and resubmitted it. It took two weeks for the application to be returned. How long do you think it will take to receive the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) now? Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any idea on the typical timelines for this process?

Just check the excel sheet for people who applied these past few months for reasonable expectations, and consider that your starting point is when you sent the complete application, not the one that got returned.
Also, in practice, given that most applicants get their citizenship in a few months, odds are your AOR will be received in a few weeks max.
