I would really appreciate if I could get some advice on the following matter:
Situation: Canadian citizen with approved I140; left job and USA 4-5 years back; however, I140 was never revoked.
Query: Could Ione visit USA on a personal trip on Canadian passport (visa exempt passport)? Or having an active I140 application would trigger denial at the border?
