Canadian citizen wife not staying in canada ?

Hi ,
I got married in March 2016. I am Sri Lankan with US green card.
My wife is a dual citizen US and Canada( she have not passports).
We are living in the US and interested in moving in Canada.
Please help.Can my wife sponsor me ?
