Canadian Citizen sponsoring wife while living outside canada

Hello All,

I am a Canadian citizen living in the US along with my wife. I am planning to sponsor PR to my wife so we can move back to canada. Does anyone know if this will be a problem since i am living outside canada while i am sponsoring her ?

No problem at all for a citizen.

Provide a resettlement plan and you should be good to go.

My wife is a Canadian citizen. We live together in the U.S. and are doing the same thing. It's not a problem.
