My mother holds Canadian citizenship. However, she did not list me as her son when she entered Canada to work and during her application for permanent residency. She is not married to my father. I am now in my mid-40s, working overseas. I wish to work in Canada so i can help my now old mother and be with her. However, I do not know the process for her to sponsor me for immigration to Canada.

She cannot, for two reasons - you are no longer a dependent due to age, and because you were not declared.

Your mother decided not to include you in her PR application while you were still her dependent (I assume 20+ years ago).
Marrying to your father or not is NOT a factor to this.

You are now way too old to be considered a dependent (under 22 years old) and you were never declared. So NO. She cannot sponsor you and cannot help you to come to Canada.
