This question might have been asked already.
I am an express entry candidate and received an ITA. But after going through the application process and filling details, I came across a section where it requires Identification document of my child. My child is born in Canada as my wife is in Canada. Now problem is my child is born less than a month ago and we have applied for birth certificate but have not received it yet so no passport either. So my question can I proceed with my application without declaring my child due to documents not available??
