Canadian Certificate of qualification

Hello there,

I have a master's degree in computer science and I filled this section accordingly, after all master's degree is a certificate of qualification from the province to be a software programmer. This results in me getting 50 points for "Transferable Skill - Education". Just curious to if I did the correct thing? Does a degree = certificate?

I had earlier asked the same question. The certification points are only for Skilled trade (plumber, electrician etc).

Chad_80 is right. Certificate of qualification is only in regulated trades like electrician, hefty duty mechanics, etc. Degrees are considered as a education level.
