Just wanted to know if anyone here who is canadian by descent, have applied for citizenship certificate in Q4-2018 for the 1st time, and have already received his Certificate or already "In Process" status in ECAS?
I am in the same boat. I have been waiting since October 2018. I sent in a letter along with additional proof of identity information in early April and no response from Program Support Unit.
I have a feeling that they also sent my application to PSU. Although, they havent notified my just yet. My ECAS still shows acknowlesgment of receipt. They may be requesting DNA soon.
