How did the update come through? Did you just notice in your online profile that your child was removed? I included my common law partner as a dependent for the same reasons you did even though she's a Canadian citizen. But she's still in my application at the moment.Thank you so much and just got an update on my profile and they removed him from my application.
I think if she is not a Canadian citizen then they will not remove her from your list. but Did they provide UCI # for Her?How did the update come through? Mean your daughter is a Canadian citizen? then why did you pay fees?My daughter was born here and I paid for the $225 processing fee. She didnt have to do medicals and the RPRF fee is not paid for her either.
She is a Canadian citizen though. I don't know if they provided a UCI # for her. I don't think so. It just says I'm the principal applicant and gives me a number for myself.I think if she is not a Canadian citizen then they will not remove her from your list. but Did they provide UCI # for Her?
The system calculated the fees and even though she is Canadian she is my dependant. That’s why we had to pay the fee.Mean your daughter is a Canadian citizen? then why did you pay fees?
Hi,Hi Doda,
Yesterday I submitted my profile and my son is Canadian so I mention him as a non-accompanied dependent in my profile is it correct? Could you please advise me?
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Sandip
No, you don't need to add there.Hi,
I have one query regarding my express entry file. My daughter is Canadian and I have her birth certificate. In the Child family details, there's a question to include immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
Do I need to add myself as a family member in that part? I am the primary applicant and the question asks for the family member that have not been identified in the application.
Also, the Ontario birth certificate does not have an expiry date, should I leave it blank?
Thank you in advance.
Even I have paid for my second child who is canadian citizen... will the return that 225$?The system calculated the fees and even though she is Canadian she is my dependant. That’s why we had to pay the fee.
I would advise call CIC agent and confirm with themEven I have paid for my second child who is canadian citizen... will the return that 225$?
Thank youNo, you don't need to add there.
Yes, you can put blank
hi there, did you get an answer for this? I am also in a similar boat. Please reply. My daughter was just born and I don’t have any id of her just applied for her birth certificate in Ontario. I only have 10 days left to submit my pr application. What should I do? Please help.Hi. I have an inquiry. My case falls under this situation, where I have an ITA, I have a Canadian new born child, and I have a bit of confussion.
Following yours and everyone else posts, I have taken the following steps:
1) I declared my Canadian new born child as my second child (in Family Information questionnaire),
2) I decided not to include her in application, so the system generated "PR Child forms" and displayed her as "Unaccompanying"
3) Under "Personal details / PR Child form" and "Names" section, I found the "Please explain why not" text field, so I answered: "She is a Canadian citizen so I have not included her in the application process"
Now, still inside the "Personal details / PR Child form", there is a another section with name "ID Documents - summary". They ask if the child has a travel document (like passport) and I said "No"). As I answered "No", they ask if she has another government issued ID document?
- If I answered "No" ( as I still have not national document ID for her), the document never pass the completeness test (form stays in progress)
- If I answered "Yes", the prompt for a "National identity document #", what should I use?
Birth certificate?
I would like to know what everyone has used and what is the recommendation?
Thing here is that I still wait for the Birth Certificate to be ready for requesting one, and I have no passport for her.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
Simon
