canadian alliance of physiotherapy regulators file number

hi all,
I am a physiotherapist and i completed WES and also educational credentials from canadian alliance of physiotherapy regulators with a file number, however in the express entry profile i was only able to enter the details of WES and unable to enter alliance details.
please do help me to resolve the issue.
