Is canadavisa citizenship time calculator is accurate? It's telling me to apply citizenship a year early. But my calculation according to cic guidelines telling me to apply year later. I'm pr since june 2018.
My time in canada:
Sep 2011-June 2016 (Present as TR)
June 2016-May 2018 (Absent as TR)
June 2018-March 2019 (Present as PR)
April 2019-Oct 2021 (Absent as PR)
Nov 2021-March 2023 (Present as PR)
June 2023-Now (Present as PR)

Can someone tell me if I'm eligible to apply for citizenship or not?

Who knows. It's not an IRCC / government calculator. Use the IRCC one.

Not that anyone should do it for you, and others have told you which tool to use, but it's actually impossible to tell you whether you're eligible based on the information you gave without knowing the days where you entered or left the country.
