canada work process time in New Delhi

My status changed! pls find below
Passport released by the Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 04/07/2013 and is in Transit.
Exactly took 2 months
ICT applied on 3rd MAY 2013 alone with medical, received at high commission, delhi on 5th May 2013. Today my status changed and i have received a seperate mail to my mail id. " its says my Visa is approved for one year"

One thing is clear, the applications submitted with Medical Reports are verified by "locally employed staffs" and approved by the "critical" Canadian immigration officer. All cases which require medicals or further investigation it is stalled until the strike ends.
One of my friend got his TRV for visit recently. Total application time 3 days!

Applied for ICT work permit at CHC delhi on 3rd MAY alone with medical, Received on 7th MAY 2013 at CHC DELHI.
1. Received mail on 4th JULY 2013 that my Vissa is approved. PDF format attached
2. Online status updated latter ( after few hours), after recieving the mail to personal id (mail id), that my Vissa is approved
3. Next day, i have received my passport through Bluedart courier

Has anyone got status update who applied in march 2013..?..i applied at march 25th..i have read a local Canadian newspaper through web..they mentioned probably pafso members strike will get end on September...its really annoying...plzz guys any updates????
