When and which city you are traveling to ? Its been 5 weeks but still I have not heard anything from Canada embassy. Should I involve my Lawyer (Appointed by Canada office) to follow up with Canada embassy?

I got medical request yesterday i,e on 18 Nov'2014 and I submitted paper based application on 10th Oct at New Delhi..

Paper applications get processed much faster.

HI All

I got my medicals done on 27th Nov'14. No news yet.

My ICT is being taken care by a company appointed immigration lawyer, who hasnt shared any tracking no's etc. hence i m completely in dark as to what is happening.

guys, by what time can i expect the passport to be called for visa stamping, especially considering the christmas and new year holidays.

Also one more question, will there be police varification in case of ICT after the medicals.

guys, i'm also on ICT, which is LMIA exempt. with Express entry, how are you guys going to go about this change in immigration policy? Forced to ask employer to file for LMIA for us? or we wait for 1 year experience in Canada and then apply for CEC without LMIA (since its not required right?), but wont it be a disadvantage since you will be missing out on 600 points?

Isnt this (on LMIA exempt WP) more of a disadvantage to us now with EE in effect?
