Canada Work Permit Visa - ICT

Hello All,

I am working in an MNC in India which has an branch in Canada as well. I heard there are many rejections in July and Aug months.

Any reject rejections for ICT work permits in Oct month? if so please post yours experience.

I have applied my work permit visa on 29th Sept in Canada Embassy , New Delhi. But till now no reply from them. Status is status is showing as " XXXX is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website "

My medical was completed in Aug only and our company (IT MNC) submitted documents through VFS.

I will let you know if there is any progress on my visa

But for example i dont have required money so mr.Attorney David Cohen.
He guide me to this Forum.

Pls let us know the know the status of ICT Visa application status as I have applied on 10th Oct'2014 at New Delhi and still not heard of anything.

How your medical done on Aug when you applied for visa on Sep? Actually I got to know from my lawyer that Canadian commission will take min of 2 weeks for initial review of your application and if they satisfy with initial review then only they will request for medical. Please correct me if I miss something in between.

when i will get medical request.

As per my company(IT MNC) we have to complete medical before submitting application documents to VFS. We would submit medical checkup reference numbers along with application to VFS. I went to Fortius hospital in Bangalore and that hospiytal would upload all my medical report to Canada Embassy through online. So as soon as our application reaches to Embassy they will very my medical tests also.

I applied on Sep 25 and expecting some news in the next week as per my company who interacted with Embassy last week.

But As per my representative mail, they asked me to wait for the consulate reply and if they ask me to get medical done, they will inform me.

and one more thing can u tell me how can i check my status of the application online
