Hi, I have a valid work permit and am working in Canada for the last 6 months, however I had to go to the US for couple of months but I worked remote and received my salary in Canada. While applying for my PR will these two months be removed from my Canada work experience?

From your description, your work outside of Canada will not count for CEC - it was not a business trip. IRCC will know you were not in Canada from your travel history (unless you lie about that, which is not recommended esp where the USA is concerned). My suggestion would be for you to not count those two months. You have a choice - count the two months and apply and risk being refused, or wait a whoe two months to apply to be sure. The choice would be easy for me.
