I have a copr oct 2018 and I am confused between starting a business in india or moving to canada to get a job.

Please help me with your valued opinions.

why dont you land and get a PR and then make the decision instead of losing the PR altogether.

Surely if you applied for PR you wanted to come to Canada? If not, that is just a waste of the CIC's time and that time could be used for someone that genuinely wants to come here.
