Canada Visitor Visa

Hello All,

Question, as i am applying for my wife Canada Visitor visa who is a pakistan citizen and living with me on a TN/TD Visa in United states for the past 3 years.

1. Can i apply for her Canadian Visa from United states or she has to apply from her country of origon(Pakistan)

2. Do i have to submit my Divorce decree (My Ex Marriage) along with her Visa application.

1.Yes you can
2. NO need but still no harm if you submit it ( you know better about your situation and documentation) as far her Nadra id card and passport shows you are the husband its all ok.

As my previous marriage was registered in Canada and i sponsored my Ex- Wife, but got divorce in US, so CIC dont know about the divorce.

As i will be applying for my Current Wife visitor visa- they may ask about my Previous marriage . thats why i ask should i submit the Divorce Decree?
